What do we offer?

Our standard order will get you 5 users from your target demographic to participate in a study designed by our usability professionals. A study will consist of surveys and tasks that run the user through the content of focus on your website. The user's screen and microphone are captured while they complete the tasks and you will be able to view this video.

The real value comes from our usability professionals then reviewing these videos and the surveys to produce an easy-to-consume report of possible changes you can make to improve your website's user experience.
